I have dealt with James and the staff the past 5 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Many of our needs were quite tricky or intricate, and everything came out perfect. I had inherited some antique jewelry that was of value, but was not to our taste in style. Jaymark helped us convert them into unique pieces to our specifications.
- James designed my daughter's engagement and wedding rings.
- James enlarged an heirloom wedding band for my son-in-law, which belonged to his grandfather, ensuring that the style and patina of the gold matched perfectly.
- They repaired the clasp on an antique art deco diamond bracelet from my mother-in-law so that I could wear it to my daughter's wedding.
- They also made 3 pairs of diamond stud earrings for myself, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law from some family jewelry. James and the staff matched the stones from the different pieces, matching the color and size of the stones matched perfectly for each set. We couldn't be happier with the results.
I have to stress how comfortable the Jaymark staff made us feel about leaving our belongings with them. Never once did I worry about entrusting them with our jewelry. I knew I was in good hands.
